About the presenter
Christopher Maait has taught B&W Darkroom Photography and photoshop over the past ten years at the College. He has worked extensively as a Freelance Professional in the commercial and advertising field for close to twenty years.
Claire Mitchell has been a long term student at Mosman Community College.
Claire says "As a Mosman resident I love getting out in the open air, to walk and enjoy the natural beauty of our foreshores, appreciating the richness and proximity of our early colonial history. A lifelong passion for healthy, robust flavours led to connecting with food of the past, to replicate tastes to reflect the casual cafe cuisine of today. The result of this fusion, is a book which will lead residents and visitors to experience and take home the mood, atmosphere and tastes of this beautiful part of Australia."
