About the presenter

Kathy Penn - feel great with yoga

Kathy graduated with a Diploma of Teacher Training from Qi Yoga at Manly in 2008, after practicing yoga for 10 years.

Kathy teaches Hatha Yoga, which focuses on gentle sequences linked to the breath. The many benefits of practising this form of yoga include developing inner strength and body awareness to improve flexibility- plus it relaxes and calms the mind!
