The Pilates Method is based on principles of breathing, flowing movement, stamina, concentration, precision and regimen. The goal is to produce a lean, athletic physique that has muscular balance throughout.
Joyce is a great teacher and full of encouragement. I feel I have improved and benefited greatly from her classes.
Joyce runs a very comprehensive class taught at multiple levels, which is good for the cross section of student levels.
I really love Joyce's pilate's class as she gives great feedback and encouragement. She really focuses on technique and form.
Please bring a mat and towel.
About the presenter
Joyce Subloo is a Certificate IV qualified Pilates Instructor and draws on 35 years experience as a gym goer, and later Instructor.
With her training and experience, Joyce is able to offer exercises to suit all levels of ability in each class. She currently teaches classes to students ranging from the ages of 13 to 80 years of age, and a variety of physical ability.
