The Pilates Method is based on principles of breathing, flowing movement, stamina, concentration, precision and regimen. The goal is to produce a lean, athletic physique that has muscular balance throughout.
Joyce is a fantastic instructor. She is full of enthusiasm that rubs off on all the students. Joyce caters for different levels that makes it fun for everyone.
Joyce knows her stuff. I love that every lesson is different. She is a friendly teacher.

About the presenter
Joyce Subloo is a Certificate IV qualified Pilates Instructor and draws on 35 years experience as a gym goer, and later Instructor.
With her training and experience, Joyce is able to offer exercises to suit all levels of ability in each class. She currently teaches classes to students ranging from the ages of 13 to 80 years of age, and a variety of physical ability.
