'I exercise strong self control. I never drink anything stronger than gin before breakfast.' - W.C. Fields

Over the past five years, gin consumption in Australia has risen nearly 50% across most age groups and as a result the overall gin category has developed to include a whole range of different styles. There are now many micro-distilleries found throughout Australia, producing small batch artisanal Gin alongside our tried and tested favourites from overseas. So if you’ve ever wondered what is the difference between the various styles and are curious about the Australian Gin movement, this is the course for you!
