Join us for this mix of demonstration and hands-on baking class and learn step by step how to make pizza and focaccia the artisan way. The traditional way is all about the flavour of the crust. You learn about same-day straight dough to overnight dough using poolish or levain. Mixing, proofing, shaping is all part of the process to produce a flavoursome dough. Trust your own taste - thin crust, thick crust, little or lots of toppings, whatever your heart desires. Learn about a variety of schedules to prepare the dough and bake the pizza or focaccia in order to find the one that works best for you. You will take home various recipes and schedules and we'll have freshly baked pizza and focaccia for lunch.
