Have you started a healthy eating plan only to find yourself eating the very foods that you've sworn off? This groundbreaking class is based on the work that Clare explores with her clients. Over the years, she has pulled together the latest research from neuroscience, psychology, anatomy, nutrition and medicine to develop a robust understanding of why we cheat when we eat.

Classes include self-assessment questionnaires, interactive exercises, mindful eating, tips and secrets to sustainable healthy patterns that don’t require willpower to stick to them.
Students will receive a copy of Clare's book 'Why we cheat when we eat'
Clare Taylor has a degree in Psychology and more than twenty years experience in the area of food and eating. Her work, developing products for big food brands, such as Cadbury, gives her inside knowledge of how these create cravings.
She’s passionate about creating healthy bodies, reducing guilt around food and enjoying a rich and varied diet.

And yes, she still eats chocolate.
