Gentle yoga, practised using props and the breath to ease into postures. Classes are tailored to personal injuries and conditions. Some meditation and breathwork included.

Materials

Bring a yoga mat or a large thick towel and wear loose comfortable clothing.

Vicky Fisher has been practising yoga for over 20 years, initially studying Iyengar yoga in London. She then trained in Sydney to teach Hatha yoga, which she has taught since 2005.

Vicky strongly believes that yoga can transform lives.

Vicky Fisher has been working as an editor and proofreader for more than 30 years. She has worked for publishing companies, not-for-profit organisations, academic institutions, government departments and schools both in the UK and Australia.
