Gentle yoga, practised using props and the breath to ease into postures. Classes are tailored to personal injuries and conditions. Some meditation and breathwork included.
The course was excellent, it helped with relaxation. Will definitely do the next one.
I love this class and plan on continuing in it as long as it is offered. Vicky is a great teacher and makes the class very enjoyable.
Bring a yoga mat or a large thick towel and wear loose comfortable clothing.

Victoria Fisher - relax your mind and flex your body
Vicky Fisher has been practising yoga for over 20 years, initially studying Iyengar yoga in London.
She then trained in Sydney to teach Hatha yoga, which she has taught since 2005.
Vicky strongly believes that yoga can transform lives.
Vicky Fisher has been working as an editor and proofreader for more than 30 years. She has worked for publishing companies, not-for-profit organisations, academic institutions, government departments and schools both in the UK and Australia.
