The Flawless Customer Service Workshop teaches an unprecedented direct connection between the degree of customer service delivered and ultimate business success. Businesses fail all the time and evidence for this is the rapid change in the streetscape on any given high street. The reasons for this and potential remedies are explored and the core lesson is a unique and entertaining customer service management simulation. You will be left in no doubt that the most common reasons for businesses to fail are a lack of planning the structural elements and ensuring the product and services will be delivered to the customer flawlessly. Ideally, this should meet the expectations of the business founder/risk taker.

About the presenter


Len Norman

Len Norman BSc (UNSW), Dipl Mgt (All Majors) (UTS), Cert IV TAE, MAMI

Len spent 33 years in IBM where he established a reputation for innovation in the management of diverse areas such as Education, Call Centre Management, Software Development and Human Resources. Earlier in his career, his direct support of customers earned him a personal letter from the IBM Chairman of the Board in New York.

Len has established himself as an internationally recognised expert in the fields of People Development through Skills Management and Resource Deployment. He has invented several tools and processes making substantial positive business impacts where applied. His flagship product, , represents at once the most powerful, yet easy-to-use, tool ever devised to manage structured people development.

Many years treading the boards as an amateur actor equipped Len with a strong presence in face-to-face communication. This translates to a winning teaching style and makes his presentations entertaining and engaging.

Len is Managing Director of Conquest Consulting Pty Ltd, author of the courses Professionalism for PROFIT, Flawless - The Customer Service Simulation and All About Decisions. He is also the inventor of insightful business games and has served on the Board of Intech Credit Union Limited.
